7) Brain Exercises in Older age

I write this to appreciate "Tickle your grey cells" in DD of March 2007, by Shobha Nair. My greatest worry has always been a deteriorating brain as ageing takes place. I already do some of the mental exercises recommended in the article but would like to try out many more such options. I know a little bit about the computer, mainly e-mailing, but would like to learn more. Is there anyone who could come home and teach me?

M. Mathai

Editor: There are many local institutes that provide home tuitions in every area. You can ask someone to check that out for you. Dignity is in the process of organising computer classes for seniors in a tie-up with the Davar Institute at Fountain. You may contact Dignity Foundation's office if you it interests you.
