Senior Citizen Members of Dignity Foundation give loving care, companionship and entertainment to dementia afflicted persons in Mumbai. We offer vehicle pick up and drop, Drink, Lunch tea & biscuits

Members travel an hour and a half to commute one way to and fro their home and our centre. The act of attending a regular activity outside their home is refreshing for them as well as family members who can take a break from a 24 hour care regimen. Positive aspects of attending a day care centre include better eating, better sleeping and relating to family members about the day spent interestingly at the centre. Every family member has reported general improvement in the state of health of Alzheimer's members.

"Ever since my husband started attending this centre he sleeps very well at night" Says a relieved wife of an Alzheimer's husband. "My mother is actively engaged at the centre." Says a son very concerned about his Mom with dementia "I play flute to make my companions happy." In the early stages of Alzheimer's he speaks.
